Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your garden lighting and irrigation products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories
• Include all original tags, labels, and documentation
• Not show signs of installation, damage, or wear
• Be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized products
• Items that have been installed or used
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale events

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
3. Include the return authorization number on the outside of the package
4. Ship the item to our return address: 660 W Ave O, Palmdale, CA 93551

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us to arrange the exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and we will ship the replacement item once we receive your return.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the defect or damage when contacting us.

Warranty Information
